MBSR (Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction) is an evidence-based 8-week program developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. This structured course combines meditation, mindful movement, and group dialogue to help reduce stress, improve resilience, and support overall well-being.

3. I will then contact you to arrange a short pre-course interview, where we can discuss the course and answer any questions.

Payment Info:

Once your participation is confirmed, you will receive an invoice which you can pay either by bank transfer(Überweisung) or securely online via Stripe.

meditation circle

The Meditation Circle is a weekly gathering to pause, breathe, and reconnect. Each session includes a guided meditation, space for reflection, and the support of practicing together in community. It’s open to both newcomers and experienced meditators.

Classes take place every Monday from 19:15 to 20:15 at For the Love of Studio
