Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction

Discover a different way of meeting stress — with awareness, balance, and care.

This 8-week course offers a practical, evidence-based approach to mindfulness as developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center.
It brings together modern psychology, neuroscience, and timeless contemplative wisdom to help you cultivate a steadier mind and a kinder relationship with yourself and your life.

Rather than trying to “get rid” of stress, MBSR invites you to explore new ways of relating to what is happening — learning to pause, breathe, and respond instead of react.

Who is it for?
This course is open to anyone who:
• wants to live with more calm and clarity in everyday life
• feels caught in patterns of stress or overthinking
• wishes to support their health and well-being in a mindful way
• is curious to explore mindfulness as a path of personal growth.

No previous meditation experience is needed — just an openness to explore.

What you’ll experience
Each week builds gently on the previous one. Together we’ll explore:
• Guided mindfulness meditations (sitting, lying down, walking)
• Gentle mindful movement (Yoga)
• Awareness of breath and body as anchors for the present moment
• Working skillfully with stress, pain, and difficult emotions
• Mindful communication and self-compassion
• Integrating mindfulness into daily life
• Group dialogue and reflection
• Home practice with audio guidance

Course structure
• 8 weekly sessions of 2.5 hours each
• 1 full-day mindfulness retreat (mostly in silence)
• Workbook and guided audio materials included

This course is not therapy or treatment, but a supportive and experiential way to deepen self-awareness and resilience.

Space to pause, breathe, and connect

Need a moment to slow down, unwind and reconnect with yourself?
In this weekly meditation circle, we gather to practice mindfulness together in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere.

Each session includes:

• A guided meditation (around 20 minutes)

• A short reflection theme

• Time for open sharing and connection

Whether you’re completely new to meditation or have taken a course like MBSR, this circle offers a weekly anchor to help you manage stress, increase clarity, and feel more grounded in daily life.

All are welcome – no prior experience needed.

The sessions are offered in English and are a great way to stay connected with your practice (and with others).
