my path to mindfulness

A personal reflection  on meditation, balance, and teaching MBSR.

I’m Michèle Zimmerman, a certified MBSR teacher offering mindfulness courses in English in Ulm, Germany.
My own path to mindfulness began in a time of imbalance, and over the years, the practice has become a steady anchor in my life.
Now, I teach because I believe in the power of presence — and in our capacity to meet life’s challenges with clarity and care.
